Catherine Williams is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate who is passionate about helping individuals and families heal, grow, and thrive. She holds a master’s degree in marriage and family therapy and a bachelor’s degree in psychology and human development. Catherine’s professional background includes working with nonprofit organizations, the Houston Police Department as a crisis counselor, and supporting survivors of domestic violence. These experiences have shaped her commitment to providing trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, and family counseling. She works with individuals, teens, couples, and families, offering a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space for healing. Her therapeutic style emphasizes a holistic, culturally sensitive, and client-centered approach, ensuring that each client’s unique needs and experiences are honored. Catherine is dedicated to walking alongside her clients as they navigate challenges, discover strengths, and build healthier relationships.
